Court Marriage Certificate in Nepal

A Court Marriage Certificate is a legal document that includes the names and addresses of the spouses. It is a globally recognized and legally enforceable legal recognition of official marriages. Anyone planning to travel abroad should have their marriage registered with the court to make the documentation process easier. There are two kinds of marriage registration: one for the record with the Local Ward Office and one for the record with the court. You can register with the ward office after your marriage has been registered with the court.
