- NOC/ Letter of No Objection( Often called as Single Status Certificate)
- Copy of Citizenship/Copy of Passport
- Passport Sized Photograph
- Temporary Stay Letter from Ward office of your residence (If you are not a permanent resident of Kathmandu)
- Witness- 1
- Foreign Marriage Law( in case you are a foreigner)
